Advice please. Finished humaworm

Hello, I finished jumaworm about one week ago. I would really like to do a liver cleanse now but I am afraid to do one. I just read that you need to do a colon cleanse first. It seems like all of the colon cleanses are long term. Is this really necessary to do before a liver flush? I have been constipated and just bought some probiotics to move things along.
