Heres what I understand, if you have been eating normal american foods for 10 years your bones are already very brittle from acidic compacted within the bones and around them. It may not seem like this, due to your adrenals creating a "high" feeling. This "concrete" will not be removed unless you use adrenalin. I could not believe how brittle my bones REALLY ARE after I have been fasting and cleansing for such a long time. Finally, I reached the point where it wants me to supply new calcium for refurbishing. Yes, I know, I can talk to my body and ask what it needs and wants and feels. Its a great gift that nature has provided, the "inner child" speaking.

If you havent been cleansing on fruit for 1+ years, I would be cautious of walking on hard stone or running "hard" for long periods of time as the "nerves" are non-working to identify there is a problem. Again this is my experience. The body is very brittle if we have been eating the wrong foods for 5+ years. The acid destruction is ungodley!

Thus, my experience tells me you should be on your tippy toes or walk for long distances perferably on grass to reduce this burden.
