I have began to concern myself why individuals still don't have the supreme health after switching to raw/vegetables/fruits in regards to reducing constipation of the arteries/intestines/etc... It seems that the only thing holding individuals back to supreme natural health is a method of play/fun/sport as a means of ridding the waste of calcified matter. Yes raw foods will aid in the slowing of calcification although raw vegetables are much more solid than liquids/fruits thus playing a identical role in other "hard" foods, restricting the cleaning and resulting in a defalut acidic diet. If you want supreme health and a NEW body you MUST get the adrenalin flowing! Short sprinting and walking is my favorite!
