need urgent help!!! mh

i have a skin condition that i have spoken to you before about now it is chronic...
i have severe inflamation of the skin which is burning all the time, especially when i go outside it immediatley even starts to get very hot and starts literally burning, its dry and my skin is tingling all the time as if something is crawling over it ..i have also started to get spots and my skin which looks infected as the pores are all blocked and oil production has increased 10 fold altho my skin feels dry...even when i put water on it, it flares up...the whole condition of my skin has gone mad...each pore is leaving a mark not even a spot


my skin has become damaged because of this and i dont know what to do, reason being is because i have become so mentally and physically exhausted i dont think i can do a cleanse because i am only sleeping 2 hrs a night, and i never leave the house bcos my skin goes mad. The trauma of it all emotionally has made my body acidic in the last month as i check my urine it is very acidic...

i have done flushes and cleansing but i feel so depleted now that i am worried that if i attempt another flush it will send me over the edge completely...

of course doctors havent a clue what is happening, the only thing that calms the burning down is a tissue salt i take ...

also my appetite and weight have drastically declined im never hungry and i am shaking all the time....do you have any idea what is going on and anything you could recommend short term so i can get out of this place im in and advance forward...
