Just take it day by day. Keep in mind that once you get past the first 24 hours, it'll only get easier. Day three is the next "get past" point in my opinion. And then after that, it seems to go uphill and gets better and better. I'm on day 4 now...good luck. Just remember that food will be there for you when you return. All you have to do is forget about your stomach for a little while. :)
