Os are the hunter-gatherers and they are the beef eaters -- preferably antibiotic-and hormone-beef free and preferably pasture-fed -- more contented.

No pasturized dairy and no wheat. Of all the Blood Types, A is the one which could live happily as a vegetarian, according to Dr. D'Adamo.
