First of all ,why would one even consider heating eggshell calcium? Or even mention it, other then to promote the "raw food" extremist fallacy that cooking depletes minerals or compromises thier effctiveness somehow! Much produce is useless unless heated like carrots eaten raw will pass through the digestive tract almost completely unassimilated!Cooking actually increases the mineral absorbtion of certain foods!
This kind of misinformation should be kept in the raw food support forum where people are already convinced of this type of unproven theory!
I mean herbalist have been having huge success with herbal teas that have set in boilng water for several minutes and have been doing so for centuries!
