Re: Painting Testimonial
I dropped a quarter dropper full in my belly button for almost a month. It was very red and nasty looking. It's the site of my only operation, an unguinal hernia after childbirth. I stopped for a week and when I put my finger in my belly button the entire sheath of skin came out almost in one piece. Weird. Did it do anything? Heck I don't know but it was cool. Can't have hurt me in the least.
I painted my stomach too for a long time. The skin got very sensitve and rough. My pants were rubbing on it so I stopped. Then I started to mix the
Iodine with Vitamin E and didn't get the rough skin at all. I think the key is to mix it, or apply, let dry and then put something emollient over it. I think Wombat has the right idea to add it to various creams, etc.
Regarding Arnica. I can get that almost anywhere. Whole Foods, Vitamin Adventure..heck, it's everwhere. A majority of the chiropractors have it. It's awesome. I use it whenever I have sore muscles or cramps and it works fast. I am never out of it now. I had a heel spur or some heel damage and started to use Cayenne Pepper cream, and that worked very well for the short term. But Arnica seems to work for a long time, and in my case, some of the pain has not come back. I can't say enough about his stuff. I told my Mom about it, she has some
Arthritis in her shoulder and she is using it with very good results.
