Re: Magnesium? how much would be too much? Self experimentation :)
Thanks for asking Cora,
I had a rough go in July, but August was great. I am working now and it is a bit tougher to keep it all together. But I am making myself a priority :), after many many years of taking care of others.
Since those amalgams are gone, I feel like a new person, someone that I might like to be! Maybe even share life with someone again someday. People have commented on how I seem different and looking good. That's nice to hear. The more I read about amalgams the more I know that was the root of my problems.
I am doing some Chi Swing, of course OP'ing, iodine and supplements here and there. Basically using up all those bottles in the cabinet. Trying to eat as much raw foods as I can. You really have to be conscious about this because it's so easy to pull something off the shelf.
I am eliminating household chemicals and body products, taking Epsom Salt and Baking soda baths and I'd love to transform my wardrobe to wool and cotton only. Trying to become debt free and work on my survival skills. :) Not sure if I'll have time for what I want to do, but it's on the top of the list.
That's it in a nutshell, lol, sorry I couldn't resist.
How are you doing? What's your newest venture?
Blessings,
Nut
