My blood pressure has increased the last 3 months and I have read that magnesium can help with HBP.
What I have is 400 mg caps with Magnesium Oxide, Citrate and Aspartate Forms. Today I took one in the morning and one this evening. Do you think that is too much? Even though the RDA is 400mg. per day?

PS I have a BP cuff at home and have been tracking it since October 1 and I will be tracking in Nov.
Could my raw food diet effected me that much that my BP was normal (even below) in Aug? I am on about 2/3 raw diet. Trying to be 100% again.
