It is your body. You are the only one that know what to do for it. And, your body will tell you when it is ready. The main thing is not to be afraid. Try some liver flushes before you start the Humaworm if you want to. The flushes will help cleanse your liver and make you feel lots better. You should really do a series of them. Every two or three weeks or even a month apart. Something your body can tolerate. But, if you start them, keep flushing until you no longer see any stones coming out. Once the liver is clean, it will help immensely in the removal of liver flukes if that is your problem.

I am/was infested with flukes, liver, intestinal and pancreatic. All of them, all stages of growth. When I first started inner body cleanses I did not know that I had any parasites whatsoever. But the suggested way to do it was do a parasite cleanse first then bowel cleanse (you can do them together) then a series of liver flushes along with kidney cleanses. So I did the Hulda Clarke tincture for parasites and did not get anything out that I was aware of. So, I did the bowel cleanses and started liver flushing. I have done 32 liver flushes to date.

Last spring I thought I was pretty clean inside but thought I would top off my inner body cleansing protocol with another parasite cleanse. Boy was I shocked. I started eliminating flukes flukes and more flukes. It took all of those liver flushes to get my grossly congested liver to open up enough so that the parasite herbs were able to kill the flukes in there.

I have done two rounds of Humaworm and have started using Neem and Para Cleanse yesterday. I still have flukes but not nearly as many as before.

So, the point I am making is, maybe you need to get your liver clean and flowing properly before you attempt the parasite cleanse. This all takes time, don't be in a hurry and follow what your body is telling you.
