I need help

OK I have had genital herpes for like 2 months now and I have had 3 outbreaks. And found out that I can't have sex any more. Its not because I'm ashame of having it, its because if I'm not having an outbreak , I'm on my period and vice-versa. So what am I suppose to do? And also, I know everybody is different but I thought the first outbreak suppose to be the worse but in my case the 2nd one was. My first on lasted a week and my second on lasted 3 and a half weeks and it left a scar. So do I have the worst case of genital herpes?
