I'm now on day 9 of a juice/water fast. I'm still experiencing hunger pangs, I think maybe I should switch to just a water fast? I have received great benefits thus far, lost about 9 or 10lbs. BUT, I'm so hungry. Also, the temptation to chow is enormous these past 2 days.
So, if I switched to just H2O, would my hunger pangs diminish a little or substantially?
