I've been using Xylitol mouthwash for about a year now. After I oil pull I usually rinse with warm Sea Salt water. Then before I brush my teeth I usually swish some Xylitol mouthwash around for about 3-5 minutes. I use the mouthwash by Spry.

I think that stuff is awesome. Thank you for posting that.
