anybody acne free?

Has anybody cured their Acne with diet and cleanses?? if so, please share. I am now doing tha candida cleanse and am thinking about doing the parasite cleanse. I started breaking out at the age of 23 and it has gotten worse the last couple of years. I am 26. I also have a nasty white coating on muy tongue. I experienced the candida die off last week and my Acne got really bad its now calming down a bit, but that is waht always happens. It will get better then bad again and so forth. I just want to get rid of it once and for all!! It has changed my life so much, I am a completely different person, and I just wan to feel normal again. Does anyone else here feel this also, im sure there is. please share
