I remember my next door neighbor (a top heart surgeon) telling me "Remember when you go into the dentist office and they have all those pictures of people with horrific mangled looking teeth and gums? It's just there to scare you into buying more of their services. Cardiologists do the same thing. If you're insurance rich, we'll sell you everything we can."
