Explain "Colonies of Worms"

I'm trying to figure out how the worms are killed, and it makes sense to me that they are killed by the colonies, just because I can have a large kill of one type of worm..and then have a large kill of another type of worm. IS that how they are killed, and can anyone give more information about colonies? Is it in the Hulda Clark Book? I need to buy that and read the whole thing. Does different things kill different colonies?
