That's intense. And I'd venture to guess that that's the state that most folks are walking around in. Not quite right, a lot WRONG, in fact. Health is our natural stae, our birthright. In these times we've really got to fight for it though, huh?

and on altitude...I live at 5200' I wonder why I don't get "high" when I go down to sea level?
