I had a pretty nasty day yesterday emotion wise. I've been fasting on and off for over two months now with raw eating in between, so technically I've got a lot of emotions to account for that I used food to push down before this for many years. I feel like the feelings are building up to a bit of a crescendo so I need to find the space to deal with them before too long. Today I feel a bit clearer headed but I know I won't get out of this too easily, I'll have to face the onslaught sooner or later. :)
