Metals and Iodine question
Yesterday I made an apple crisp and I baked it in my iron skillet in the oven. I moved recently, it was what I had to use, and I've used it before for baking, and cooking.
I ate a piece of the apple crisp and when I used my water pik later (I always put a bit of hydrogen peroxide in the water pik water, for years now) I got an after taste of iron. Definitely tasted like iron, and it didn't taste good, but I brushed as usual and the taste went away then.
So, I'm thinking..was it the
Iodine that brought up that iron taste because I took the 2nd dose later than usual, just before 5 pm, but I ate the apple crisp around 8:30 pm. Then I thought, maybe I should take my mulit-mineral tablet at bedtime, since the
Iodine I take is in the daytime?
And since reading a lot of the book by
Hulda Clark Cure For All Diseases, I've been using a plastic utensil to stir my water and
Iodine instead of a metal spoon. I find she was rather paranoid about a lot of things, but the book is interesting and enjoyable to read, I just ignore a lot of her paranoia.
