Re: How do you take Lugols?

You can always take the tablet form of Iodine. I add my Lugol's liquid 5% solution in a small glass of water, and drink it down. I take 10 drops 2x a day now. I think taking it the mixture of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar with "The Mother" such as Bragg's has, the honey or other natural sweetener, pure water, and the liquid Iodine was good too. I just would rather drink it down quickly.
