I was using OJ too, then saw some messages from 3 months ago that raised some questions. Wondered what other people do... how they transport Lugols into their system? Empty stomach? OJ, Not to OJ? Do they take it with anything else that aids in the absorptin, etc.

Curezone has been a godsend which is why I ask these questions, hoping to surface very smart and practiced people who have experience and opinions on stuff like this.

the breasts need iodine. it is good to take some of your Iodine in water every day. otherwise you just get iodide. once the tissues are saturated so that the cancer threshold is lowered, then it is not that important. at least from that perspective. i find i dont need as much iodine. the Iodide works for what i want it for. it still pushes bromides out of the skin and keeps the thyroid tickin.

I appreciate all the exchanges from people. Continue to learn and mostly, continue to feel better and better. It is amazing what attention to detail, like one's body, can do.

Are you taking the 2% or 5% Lugols? I have 5% and am at 5 drops x 2 a day, sometimes 6 dros if I am feeling randy.
