There is only one way--start a diet of high protein and low carb vegetables. Push the protein and water. It will take you 7-10 days to get rid of your cravings, but they will go 90%. The rest you have to use your willpower. Treat yourself like an alcoholic, or an addict. The first sweet may not cause a craving, but for sure the second one will. Then you have to start over.
You can do ten days. Eat all you want of protein and salad. Drink a gallon of water a day. This works to cut cravings!
