You need to be wary of most chocolate as they
have replaced the cocoa butter with fake stuff
but do not say that on the package~~

I buy the best chocolate I can afford and then
only have some when I crave it, and only a tiny
amount as then it seems like a real treat. I am
amazed that I have greatly reduced my craving
for it using coconut oil. I have two bars in
the refrigerator which have been there unopened
now for about a month. I am waiting for someone
to come and share a bar with me...ggg.
Also, I only eat dark chocolate...70% and up.
My mother made chocolates for a hobby and part
time job as we were growing up, which is why it
likely so ingrained. Plus her stories of childhood
Christmas always included getting an orange and a
chocolate bar. Obviously, much of my love affair
with chocolate IS sentimental..ggg. Not to forget
to mention that it was also the food of kings so
for those of us who inhabit the serfdoms, it will
always seem like a rare pleasure~!
I am trying however to limit my intake but I doubt
I will ever give it up because I cannot imagine
going through life never having any more. I only
regret that it is not the PERFECT for for us...ggg.
