Having passed over 20 1"+ size stones in my early flushes, I'm a bit fanatical about using something that is dialative for the bile ducts ... the HC flush uses epsom salts ... the coke flush uses ultra-phos ... plzchuckle's hot lemonade flush uses cayenne.

I don't see or maybe I don't recognize a dialative in this one.
