Yes but it won't relax the ducts. You could do the Oxypowder and 1 ES at 8 pm.
Or you use magnesium citrate instead of Epsom Salts (magnesium sulphate).
You could also cut down on the ES 2 tsp in a glass of water instead of 3.
Whatever you do will work, but people with large stones rather drink the ES, just rinse your mouth with water afterwards and spit it out over the sink.
I don't know if this is bad advice but for my brother I put some drops of stevia in the ES.
