I also like to use foods that chelate heavy metal, that you may want to research yourself.Such foods as apples, carrots, cilantro, and garlic. I use beets to chelate heavy metal out of the liver. I use them finely grated in salad. Chlorella is also good. You probably know all this too. I think the macrobiotic diet modified to fit the Blood Type Diet is best. The miso soup is especially beneficial.
