I have sensitive skin and have used a product to kill human dermodex mites/parasites which feast on the dead skin we all have continually sloughing off...and yes it is manufactured in China. the soap I use is called DEMODICIDIN. I found it at http://www.wholelifeproducts.com although I am sure other sites may carry it also. I can share, that for me, it has been very effective and I have used it for seven years now.
