Re: forgot to mention
thanks for your feedback!
i do not doubt that i could have a strong reaction to the OP, however it seemed short lived, no headaches so far, and THAT i can live with.
i think my liver must be very congested, as i have many
food allergies /sensitivities, all came on in my 20s - 30s, along with bad headaches if I'm very not careful what i eat, digesting animal protein and fats has become troublesome recently. i've had incredible irritability problems/mood swings after having my first (and last?) baby, what i thought was post-partum
Depression is most likely a very congested liver/gallbladder. my vitamin/mineral deficiencies are worsened by the breastfeeding as well as the poor absorption of foods from what i assume is my "celiac" damaged small intestine... my hormone levels are bad as well, had luck with milk thistle a few years ago making my periods regular and then got pregnant for the first time, so that should have alerted me to a liver in need of help. i learned earlier this year that i have a fibroid (too much estrogen), and when my periods came back during nursing, they were very irregular. the periods have become regular as early as the first month after my first liver flush. i've only done 4 so far, the fifth one this next weekend.
i am very sensitive to things i ingest. my mouth has been full of fillings most of my life, i think i knew how to read and write before i learned how to brush my teeth, and ice cream and candy made up about 99% of my food chart. i had a good few fillings removed early in the pregnancy (not a great time for it.. but last chance, was having major teeth problems) and some crowns put in, though i still see the hint of silvery color under one of the newer fillings, like the dentist didn't get it all. anyway, all of this is to say that there could be heavy metal running through me after the OP in the morning... and being a nursing mom, I will DEFINITELY do thorough rinsing from now on. I didn't think it could be that effective! I wish my stomach was empty more often!
