there is no other.
there is only the one.
the idea of forgiving the other
is egoistic... fiction.

forgiving one’s self, is loving oneself...
and the "other" is taken care of, accordingly, too.
so...in this way, no ego arises...
and clouds do not come to obscure the view.

...this is how empathy and forgiveness are interrelated.
