Hi, I have just started the diet 5 days ago, and believe me, it really helps with your mood swings. I was always breaking down crying and yelling and slamming doors and cupboards..I knew I had to do something when I threw a bowl at my husband and hit him in the head and all he did was hug me! :)
I did however go to the doctor and he prescribed anti depressants, and I did not want to go that route, that is how I found this diet. Eating right is the best plan that I have been on and I have been on a lot. So, If you are still in the forum, try the diet and decide for your self. I am almost certain that you will be pleased!
