Have only just found this site. Hope i have some light for you.
i also suffered mood swings i have found that the er4yt plan has helped me tremendously.
NO we can not take st johns wort, i have read that ( i have the er4yt complete blood type encyclopedia)YES we can take primrose oil i read that this is good for all blood groups.
I have found that by following the o diet i am so much stronger in my mind and emotions. I dont say that i still dont get upset about things (because lets face it)thats life these days and it is unrealistic to think we can escape emotional turmoil.
I had a very serious health scare two years ago and was thrown right into the deep end.
Another product my naturopath told me about is a hormonal stabaliser called "MACA" Dr P J D'Adamo recomends for Os.
I also believe that vitamins B, C, E, are very helpful as we realy dont get enough from our foods these days.
I have also found that taking ZINC every day is doing wonders for my hair and nails. This i have been told is one mineral that we are all short of.(good for O)Could not find where ginko is recomended for O. Try the diet you having nothing to loose and every thing to gain (mainly Control over yourself)you will be suprised how easy it is.I also have done several cleansers but i guess i have come to the conclusion that if i am still eating the wrong foods for my type i am batting my head against the wall, although there is always some form of improvement i guess the optimim is gained with the right fuel.
I was a complete vegetarian for well over 10 years and now i love a nice T bone.
I guess what i miss the most is the bread but have found the Essene bread enough to satisfy my cravings.
Try to get yourself a good multi B you can get Stress strength and i believe it pays to get the best.
