Newspeak: We must not have free thinking for the benefit of our free thinking citizens!

Yes indeed, the rationale is clear - we must protect against dangerous free thinking citizens who "span all races, ethnicities, and religious beliefs" and their dangerous internet which "has aided in facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process in the United States by providing access to broad and constant streams of terrorist-related propaganda to United States citizens."

If we don't, next thing you know some radical movement might get started with ideas of the government having to serve the people and using such obviously terroristic and inciteful lanquage as "whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government"
