It is somewhat indicative, but I would caution you not to think 12 hours means whole body sufficiency. At least in my case it is not. I have been on Iodine six months and with doses higher than yours, and my patch starts to fade after 10-12 hours. I have made great gains, but I figure it will take another year, maybe two, to get back vibrant health.
You have to follow what your body tells you, of course. We are all learning, by trial and error. It is the posting of experiences where we have the benefit of each other's experiences and so I hope you will post what you do and what happened. For my part, my reduction of dosage was not helpful, and I regret wasting the time.
