Thanks for your post friend! Sorry to hear that your wife is still suffering so much! I am definitely a believer that this Mirena can throw the hormones into unbalance. It is after all a progesterone that is released into the bloodstream in uncertain amounts and even Mirena cannot explain with certainty the metabolism rate of this hormone. If you read our friend Kabels most recent post she lists some excellent websites to look at that relate to hormone imbalances.
There is definitely a benefit to dietary intake helping with this imbalance(there is a previous reply by Kabel to the excessive estrogen post on previous page that refers to specific foods that help or hinder estrogen levels) I am glad to see you wife is seeing a specialist to help with this! PLease do keep us posted friend as to your wife's health. Crossing my fingers that the natural doc is able to help her get a balance again! Take care!:)
