Thank you very much for all the information. The Walmart brand was very disappointing AND it was my first time. so, as I said, I thought I had did it wrong...Will have to wait to buy the kid you mention and will have to use the Walmart one for now, better than the smooth move tea which do cause cramps in my stomach and take anywhere from 6 hours to 12.
