Did you use one of those small chemical disposable type enemas like Fleets perhaps? These can be very irritating, cause excessive cramping, and seldom produce the desired results.
The old fashioned enema from an enema bag using warm filtered or bottled water is a time honored safe and natural way of cleansing your colon (large intestine) of waste matter and toxins. You should add one teaspoon of
Sea Salt or non-iodized
table salt for each pint of water, or 4 pints for a full bag. The water should be at 103 degrees F (39.5 C) at preparation time.
You can buy an enema bag (fountain syringe or combination hot water bottle, douche and enema syringe) in most pharmacies, or online.
