I started to split my dose also because I was upping the amount by 1 or 2 drops for a total of around 12 drops per day now. I am finding that the split if I take the evening one too late, even at 5 pm I don't sleep like a baby getting that recuperative feeling of a good sleep since taking Iodine. I'm going to try taking the second does earlier, maybe around 3 pm and see how that goes. Last night I didn't take the second dose, went to bed at (don't laugh..but I was so very tired)8 p.m. and slept like a baby until 8:30 a.m. and got up at 9 a.m. I feel good! But I'm going to do the second split at 3 pm see how I feel tonight.
If I'm still restless when I go to bed, I'm going to go back to taking it all in the morning. That's fine with me. It's all pretty much how your body responds and you'll learn how yours works. It may change in a week, a month, a year later. So you want to be on an intimate level with your body and know it well so you can feel those changes in order to make adjustments as you go along.
