I noticed these product that were Lugols solution made for aquariums. Is that the same as any other Lugols solution and just as safe to take orally? I ordered from JCrows and thought their prices were as good as about anywhere else. 5% for about $12 as I recall. And at the rate I take it (a drop or two a day) it should last months.
