call ricca. they are nice people. ask them. anyone else who is selling 1oz bottles, the only amount you can leagally purchase without registering with the dea, is probably purchasing from someone who is purchasing from ricca. lots of fingers in the pie. ricca isnt accepting any new customers PERIOD, and the people they sell to are not ones to peddle little ounce per sale bottles of lugols. they may be supplying someone though.
