Re: Question about liver flush after Humaworm

It's the Epsom salts, friends.

Could it be that the Epsom salts, in a liver flush, are only used to clear the digestive tract, and that some people (namely, me) don't tolerate that form of laxative well?

My past experiences have been bad, so I have had to limit magnesium doses to very tiny ones...buffered with food.

Would some other form of laxative, such as a little castor oil over a few days, do just as well?

I was determined to 'just DO it' last night, but I ran headlong into resistance in the form of a giant "NO" to the Epsom salts.

Funny thing was, later, when I was working with my arms up, in the kitchen, my current stone decided to move. I don't know where it went because I haven't felt it since. Hopefully it is on its way out.

Even as I type, a plan is forming in my head. I'll let you know how it works, in three days.

Thanks for your encouragement. I appreciate it very much.
