I asked about this on the "ask humaworm" forum, but am interested in the detectives thoughts on this too.
I am eating raw meat as part of a protocol recommended by Dr. Mercola for neurological problems. I marinade the meat in raw apple cider vinegar before eating. After 24 hours, the meat is tender and has the consistency of cooked meat. I find it VERY energizing to eat. I am not worried about bacteria since the ph of the ACV is very, very low and I doubt any bacteria can survive that. However, what about the parasites? Do you think the ACV has any affect on the parasites? Thanks for any input.
