Re: leg cramps (while sleeping) HELP!

You can take 1/4 tsp per week of Epsom Salts in water as an aid. The basic cause is more a calcium problem maybe combinded with iron and potassium imbalance, etc.

Try eating plants with plenty of organic silica and plants high in calcium/iron and a large glass of water or juice prior to bedtime with a pinch of real salt.

We make Christopher's calcium formula or more of a mix yet we call Mrs. Barefoot solution that even stops all cramps while pregnant. Also check you pH, odds are your going too acid at night and its shocking your blood stream and jerking the calcium out of your muscles to keep the blood alkaline so you don't die. Your blood stays 7.365 pH regardless if it has to kill you to do it.

Blessings,
MH
