Either way it is completely harmless. You should hold in mouth for a while so it will absorb through the membranes. Some mix it with gatorade to get a higher percentage into the bloodstream. If it mixes with food it will protect against food poisoning.

Their is no downside ionic- Colloidal Silver , nothing to be afraid of. Nada. It is completely non toxic.
