Remove Mucoid Plaque
Remove the black gunk now with organic herbs and clay.

from what I have read, the most say to take it on an empty stomach for the reason you mentioned. Only a few say to not care about it.

So I have never tried to combine CS with food.

At least avoid the combination so much as possible.
