Re: Iodine helps
I suffer from kidney stones, and from what my doctors say looking at my xrays.. I have tons of them. After testing, they determined the stones were from me not drinking enough fluid. Seems easy enough, but somehow.. it's not. One thinks they drink enough.. but when the pain sets in.. you realize that you're not.
So, although I even record how much I am drinking, I cannot stop from suffering from these dreadful things! After delivering 2 children, I can easily say.. the pain caused by
kidney stones is equal to hard back labor!
I have been reading the posts here, and have a few questions if you don't mind:
#1) why should the water be room temp and not cold? Seems that ice water goes down much easier.
#2) Iodine? how do you take that? *Sorry I'm brand new to this forum.. and to natural remedies used for kidney stones.. but am very anxious to try anything that might help!!
#3) One of the posts had a recipe that involved lemons & eggs. After reading tons on kidney stones, doesn't calcium play a role for some in kidney formation?
Would love some guidence here,
Thank you so much,
Yes- I do wish these were real diamonds too.
