my latest brew
I've just gone back to an old combination, for some reason it's having better effects this time. I get my herbs in bulk, and then either powder them, or make teas. dosing is tricky, it takes some trial and error, but with time, you can figure out what works for you.
these are all herbs I've used in the past, with little or no result...something seems to have changed. I don't know the reason, it may be iodine, it may be getting some of (what I suspect was) lyme out of my blood and freeing up some of my immunity...I don't know, but I hope this continues. it'd be a real drag if they figure this out before I've killed enough of them. even some success if not consistant, and I'll soon be right back to where I've been. I don't want that.
this is the tea I've been using:
male fern 2 parts
thyme 1 part
poke root 1 part
mandrake root (1/2 tsp)
vidanga 1 part
I put all, except vidanga in 4 cups water, and let sit overnight. then brought to boil, turned down heat and simmered as long as I had time for (the longer the better). strain. add in vidanga powder. I took 2 cups, 2x/day, with a bit of food, something sweet and/or oily..they like that. I've seen all sorts of flukes and some type of pods release with this.
if you can't find vidanga, you can add something else instead, I've found hyssop or
Wormwood good.
(I was also taking neem oil, which isn't typically for internal use, and the bottle warns as such. the tea still worked without it, just better with it. if using neem oil, be careful, only take small amounts (drops). if your case of
parasites isn't as heavy and/or tenacious as to have to resort to this, I'd just use herbs).
