pain in the reproductive organs

What parasites can primarily attack female reproductive organs? I have been tested for tric and many other associated types and all were negative. Have been on Humaworm and have passed many odd things. This area is where my pain is focused. Sleep is difficult but for the most part am finally feeling better today. The worst part is the pain in my lower abdomen. Thank you all for such great information. I finally feel like I may be able to get my life back.
