Hey Bella Tao,
If you are still reading this thread. Before I went to sleep last night I was reading an old Dr Bernard Jensen book I have on the wonders of Bee Pollen.
There was a study in there, which I will get the numbers of completey wrong, but the general gist of it was... In the Yugoslav study they had 120 girls between 15 and 20 years old, all with pre-mentstrual and menstrual pain in the pelvic area. 60 girls were given a placebo I think and 60 were given 2 teaspoons of bee pollen three times a day for 2 months. By the arrival of their second cycle, all but 2 of the 60 girls on the placebo were in the same state as before, and all but 5 of the bee pollen girls had significant if not total relief of pain in that area.
It's pretty interesting stuff, and made me think of you.
If you haven't taken Bee pollen before you have to make sure you are not allergic, but otherwise it seems to do wonders for hormones, and numerous other aspects of health.
Apparently bee keepers are among the most long lived of all occupations, and this is attributed to their eating of the "dirty" honey at the bottom of the hive, which is actually the best stuff, full of bee pollen and propolis.
Anyway, it could be worth a try. I am giving it a go starting today. Hopefully I will be free of PMS by next cycle. I'll keep you informed.
Peace
