I've started


We now do not eat any carbs with protein at meals. Fruit is mainly eaten in the morning.

I think I've lost weight doing this, and also because I'm not eating many carbs anymore.

I had heard that if I eat a half a pineapple after a protein meal everyday I'd be amazed. I am. My digestive system has never been this good. Seriously.
